▶ How to connect your Goodreads shelf
Easiest Paste your profile link
- Make your Goodreads profile public: Goodreads → Account settings → Settings → Profile visibility → “anyone”.
- Open your profile and copy the address — it looks like
goodreads.com/user/show/12345678-your-name. - Paste it below and press Enter (or click Load shelf). Defaults to your to-read shelf.
Any profile Upload your export file
- On Goodreads (desktop site): My Books → Import and Export → Export Library.
- Download the
.csvit creates. - Switch to the Upload CSV tab and load it. Works for private profiles, and adds Year & Tag filters.

Export from Goodreads (My Books → Import and Export → Export Library), then upload the file here.
A simple text file with one book per line. Formats like
Title - Author, Title by Author, Title, Author, or just the title all work.
No ISBNs means matching is a little less precise, but it's handy for lists from anywhere.
